Why is it that when you tell people you are a Witch they always ask you if you can do spells.

My religion isn't like that, I am a Hedgewitch.

What is a Hedgewitch?

Well my view on it is that it is a person that celebrates nature and tries to live their life respecting and nurturing the area around them. For me it means that I respect the earth and try to live my life by not abusing what we have been given. I'm not one of those people who shoves their religion down people's throat but then again I am also not someone who is afraid to tell people what I beleive.

I have recently received emails stating that I have sold my soul to the devil and that I will go to hell. Do these people realise what they are saying, that these things can hurt and upset people. It annoys me that these people are happy enough to tell me these things but they don't know anything about my religion and beliefs.

So the aim of my Blog is to educate people about Witchcraft and hopefully change peoples perspective of this religion.
